Financial Reports

These reports are the monthly financials generated by the treasurer.  As stated in the park bylaws, these reports are to be posted, at the park, in public.  For those who have questions, we have conveniently included a link to the treasurer so that you may ask questions.  As stated on the “About Us” page, we are in existence for our members and children.  However, we are a not for profit entity and we must cover all the costs of running the park in a safe, efficient manner.  Middle Valley Youth Association exists for one purpose: to provide a safe, wholesome place for area children to learn and grow.

 

Middle Valley bylaws specifically state that each sport President must be financially responsible for his sport.  Each season, part of your registration fees go to the general fund, to cover utilities, maintenance on equipment, and general park expenses.  Sports are responsible for equipment specific to their sport, and supplies such as towels, toilet paper, grass seed, fertilizer, sand, and gasoline. 

 

Financial stability is paramount to operating a successful business, and Middle Valley Youth Association is committed to accountability to you, our parents, grandparents, and supporters.
