MVYA Lacrosse Fees for 2008

Registration                $65

 

It’s hard to believe that we are entering our fourth year of Lacrosse at Middle Valley.  The first year we started with a clinic and a 6th grade team.  We were able to out score a team with a 10 – year history, which was great to watch.  Last year was not as exciting and it was tough to get games.  This year, Lacrosse is really taking off, and there are teams in Knoxville, Cookeville, Nashville, and several out of the Atlanta area.  Our schedule kicks off with a round robin playing West Knoxville and Middleton from Atlanta on Sunday, March 6th.  East Knoxville has 60 seventh and eighth graders in their program and they won the B division at McCallie last year.  This will prove to be a tough team early in the season.  The know little about us, and are they ever in for a surprise!

For us to be competitive, we need to come together as a team early and make the commitment to practice and games.  You are lucky to have parents like you do, many are volunteers who live to watch their children compete.  Middle Valley has talent, and with commitment we will have an exciting year.

Practice continues every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm Sundays at 2:00pm

 

Some scrimmage games will be on Sunday so practice during the week is important!!
